DIGITAL FILES

• Once payment has cleared, a download link to the file will be available.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

• A limited, single-user license is included with each digital file purchased, and is registered to the buyer's email. 
• You may use the digital file you purchased, in whole or in part, to create unlimited physical products (tote bags, t-shirts, greeting cards, etc.) for sale, gifts or personal use. You may customize the file for your business or personal use, by adding to or removing parts of the file you purchased. You may not sell or give the downloaded file, in whole or in part, as a digital download. You may not share the downloaded file, in whole or in part, electronically or physically, or include it in any bundle. Copies & reproductions of the files, or re-creating the file in whole or in part to sell or share the file is prohibited.
• Planner Files can be printed & sold unlimited times as a collated planner that you ship to your customer. The PDF file may be restricted for editing. You may not sell or give the downloaded file, in whole or in part, as a digital download. You may not share the downloaded file, in whole or in part, electronically or physically, or include it in any bundle. Copies & reproductions of the files, or re-creating the file in whole or in part to sell or share the file is prohibited.
• Contact me if you want to purchase an original, fully editable planner file for your commercial use. The editable planner file will be a Microsoft Office *.docx document.

DELIVERY & TAKE-OUT (Local Pick-Up Option)

• Delivery Check the item listing for shipping information.
• Take-Out Local buyers (Franklin, IN & surrounding area) are welcome to schedule a pick up of their order instead of having it shipped. Email me with your preferred date & time and I will reply to that email to confirm. Take-out orders are finalized by my reply. If you can't get your purchase at the agreed date & time, please contact me to reschedule or pay for shipping. Please be on time to get your order.

DAMAGES

• Items are carefully checked & packaged for safe delivery and are appropriately insured with the carrier. I am not responsible for damages incurred once the carrier has your package. Buyer is responsible for recovering damages from the shipping agency. Do contact me if I can assist in your claim against the shipping agency. Be sure to take photos of any damage and contact the carrier immediately.
• Upcycled items are listed as such and existing imperfections, if any, are clearly noted in pictures and/or the item's description.  Imperfections from prior use or age are not considered damage in upcycled items and often add charm to the piece. I do not recycle the foam or batting on upholstered pieces.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders for physical items that will ship or be picked up, can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.  After that time, your order may be in progress and is unable to be cancelled.
• Personalized/custom items cannot be cancelled for any reason.
• Purchases of digital downloads cannot be cancelled for any reason.

RETURNS 

• Contact me if you receive a wrong item or if the item is received damaged. I am not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. But if the item is otherwise flawed, contact me as soon as it is received and send pictures.  I will email instructions for return and return shipping.  Unless otherwise noted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

REFUNDS

• Digital files are not refundable for any reason. But do contact me if you need assistance with your purchase. Be sure you are purchasing the correct file for your project, cutting machine, printer, etc.
• Personalized/Customized items are not refundable for any reason.

OTHER

• Issues not covered here will be handled on an individual basis.
