RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Feel free to contact me if you have concerns or questions. I give detailed description and provide photos to aid in your selection, so as to avoid inconvenience, mistakes or disappointment. Please take the time to read each description and review the photos. I give accurate measurements in inches. Information and communication are very important to me. Do not hesitate to ask questions prior to your purchase! I will be happy to answer any inquiries regarding your selection prior to your purchase. I want you to be happy with your purchace and I am willing to help in this process.
If an item arrives damaged or misrepresented, please let me know as soon as possible. I will work with you to repair or replace the item.
RETURN POLICY
DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK BEFORE CONTACTING ME. I do not accept returns for any reason than a proven damaged items upon receipt. If I accept return of the item, I will instruct you where to send the item. Please provide tracking of your return. You are resposible for return shipment cost. Return item within 30 days of delivery date. The item MUST be shipped back to me in the original packaging.
SHIPPING FREE USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING.
Shipping is done via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail, with tracking. Item will be shipped to the address on your account - please be sure of the shipping address! Please notify me if you require shipping to a different address other than what is on your account. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number when the package ships. I usually ship no later than 3 business dasy. USPS First Class shipping includes tracking but does not include insurance. Buyer pays for shipping upgrades. Please send me a message if you want to expedite your shipment.

I use a variety of materials for findings. I use gold filled findings, sterling silver findings, gold plated findings, silver plated findings as well as surgical steel findings. Please pay attention to the description of your selection.
