A spectacular, Large Arch Top Steamer Trunk covered in tooled tin. These are not very common. It’s newly refinished on the exterior. Body is done in blacks, and varying shades of browns. New custom black leather handles. Wood slats are finished in dark walnut. The interior has been painted previously, and I’ve scrapped off what will come off. It could be painted over, upholstered, contact paper, It’s ready for something, or nothing. It can be used the way it is, or you could make it your own with decoupage! Decoupage some photo copies, of old family photos, old family recipes, children’s art, sheet music, old love letters, the possibilities are endless. This also makes an excellent wedding present, fill a portion of it with childhood pictures, of the bride & groom, leave room for them to add to it, with their own, new memories If you’re not familiar with the decoupage process, I can instruct you, as well as make product suggestions Or, if you’d rather, the interior could be painted, stained, or upholstered, by me, for an additional charge.
