One of my favorite flowers as a child was the Black-Eyed Susan due to its highly recognizable nature, and its bold color. To me, these always represented humble strength and a simple kind of natural beauty. This one stands against a robust blue sky, facing the full sun, taking in the warmth of a summer day and radiating back a quiet joy.
This is an original, one-of-a-kind acrylic painting by me. It is of a couple of brightly colored, sunlit Black-Eyed Susans. It is painted on an 8" x 10" canvas board, and finished with varnish to keep it safe from fading due to UVA rays.

It will be shipped unframed in a cardboard box, and carefully protected with bubble wrap.
