Scarf Description: This scarf is hand crocheted in a pattern where the fringe comes off one entire side of the scarf. The yarns are in the colors of black, white, and gray. The yarn is acrylic yarn, an acrylic and polyester blend, and an acrylic and nylon blend. All the crocheted fringe has been knotted to ensure it will not ravel. This is a long scarf and looks great just hanging around the neck. It is also fun to wrap it around your neck several times. With all the different yarns, it has a very textural look. With the difference in the thicker and thiner yarns, the width gets narrower in places with the thinner yarn giving the scarf the shabby look.
Yarn: A fluffy eyelash yarn in grey and lavender. A gray yarn with a silver metallic thread.
A black eyelash yarn. A variegated yarn in dark gray, medium gray, and light gray. A black, gray, and teal eyelash yarn. A variegated ribbon yarn in gold, gray, and black. A fluffy gray yarn. Measurements: The scarf is 64 inches long and 4 ½ to 5 inches wide depending on the yarn used. The hand crocheted fringe is about 4 ½ to 5 inches long. This is going to make the scarf look wider than the measurements above.

Processing: This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days based on USPS holidays and Sundays
Washing instructions: Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.
Environment: This item was crafted in a smoke free and pet free home.
Packaging: My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.
Color: Colors may very just a bit based on the difference in computer monitors.

And...yes, in the pic my readers do have the sticker showing the strength. I have them in different strengths throughout the house. I leave them on the readers so that if I pic up an older pair with a lower strength, I can look at the sticker and not think I am going blind!
In this picture I am making dainty little necklaces and hair bows for my granddaughter. I make my jewelry in the formal dining room. My husband said we should not have bought a house with a formal living and dining room, because we do not use them. Well, I am using them now!!! I have foil down on my table to protect it...and it forms to the table so it worked well, and rubber gloves on so I do not burn my fingers while making the bows! Just in case you were wondering...and, my mouth is open cuz I am talking.
And...When I mention in my listings that colors can vary by monitors...I spelled it very! Too many to change!
