Yes. If you want the label without the text, please leave the text lines blank.

DO WE HAVE TO USE EVERY TEXT LINE AVAILABLE?

No. Simply leave the text line blank.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE GRAMMATICAL OR SPELLING ERRORS?

I will not be held responsible for grammatical or spelling errors. The text will be applied exactly how you input it when placing your order. I may catch some of these errors, and contact you to confirm, but it is not guaranteed. It is extremely important that you double-check your order and review your confirmation email very carefully. If you need to make a change, please contact me immediately.  All orders ship in 2 business days and start being prepared right away.

WHAT IS MY TEXT EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHARACTERS?

I try my best to allow for the maximum amount of text space when designing my labels. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate more than the maximum number of characters allowed as noted on each design. If I add more text beyond the allowable amount, the text will be too small and difficult to read.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All digital downloads are available immediately upon purchase. All lip balm and printed label orders ship within 2-4 BUSINESS days. Orders ship from Interlochen, MI, 49643. Please be sure to allow enough time for the delivery of your order. You have the option at checkout to upgrade your shipping method.  Upgraded shipping methods are Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. I will not be held responsible for orders that arrive after your event date. Please plan accordingly.

DO YOU PROCESS RUSH ORDERS?

No, I cannot accommodate rush orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Physical orders ship within 2-4 business days. Digital download orders are available immediately after purchase.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. At this time, I only ship to the United States and U.S. Territories.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes. I will ship to APO/FPO addresses.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

I ship via USPS.

WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION?

Yes. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.

REFUND POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of my products because they are all personalized and/or personal care products. They cannot be resold or reused. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?

Yes. Please submit your cancellation request along with your order number within 6 hours of purchase.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I (THE PURCHASER) MADE A MISTAKE WHEN INPUTTING THE ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact me and reference your order number. If you would like them reprinted there will be a reprint fee plus the cost of shipping.

MY ITEMS WERE PRINTED INCORRECTLY. WHAT DO I DO?

I do my best to print and process orders as requested but occasionally can make a mistake. I keep a record of each order and can process reprint requests. Please send me a message within 3 business days of the delivery of the shipment. No refunds or reprints will be offered after this time.

When contacting me, please include your order number, the nature of the problem, the number of replacements needed, and when they are needed by.  Please note, depending upon the nature of the problem I may ask you to email me a photo of the product(s).

Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (if the package weighs over 1 pound). I cannot be held responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT DO I DO?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please send me a message within 3 business days of the delivery of the shipment.

I do my best to process orders as submitted and ship what is ordered.  I do occasionally make errors as I am human. All errors and discrepancies MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. I will work to correct all errors reported within this time frame. No refunds or reprints will be offered after this 3-day time frame.
