Hi, I'm Rebecca and I am Coqui Designs! I am a wire artist: the heart and hands behind each and every part of the creative process. Wire Jewelry is one of the oldest forms of jewelry and I love to challenge myself with each piece. I make pendants, rings, earrings, bracelets and brooches using wire, all by hand. I love letting the stone and wire lead the way, therefore making each piece unique. No two items are ever the same. Thank you for stopping in to get to know me. PRICING: PRICING OF PRECIOUS METAL JEWELRY IS BASED ON THE CURRENT METAL MARKET AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Return Policy: Please make sure your size is correct as all jewelry is handcrafted and can not be resized. Purchases from Coqui Designs can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact Coqui Designs directly to authorize the return before shipping the item back. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges, and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in original, unworn and resalable condition. Custom orders are ineligible for returns or exchanges due to the nature of a personalized item unless the items arrive damaged. All packages are insured. If merchandise is damaged, lost, or stolen by the courier, Coqui Designs will request the buyer to send photos of the damage and to assist in the filing an insurance claim before a refund is issued. Custom Order Policy: Please read the following guidelines used to complete special requests. Payment in full is required before work can begin on a project. This helps cover costs associated with the materials and time, and it ensures that your jewelry will be created in a timely fashion and to your specifications. Payment in full is required before item can be shipped or handed over to the customer and must be received within the agreed upon time frame. The custom order payment includes the making of one design, if remake is requested, additional charges will apply. The artist claims full artistic license in all designs and creations. Custom orders are ineligible for returns, exchanges or refunds due to the nature of personalized items. If customer refuses the custom order, a refund will not be issued until the project is purchased by another buyer. All packages are insured, so if the order arrives damaged, the customer will be required to help the artist file an insurance claim before a refund will be issued.
Care for your jewelry: Your jewelry is wrapped in 925 sterling silver wire. Some may have accents of gold filled wire. Sterling silver and gold filled naturally oxidize over time, causing it to tarnish. While some people prefer this aged look, I suggest using a polishing cloth if you'd like to keep your piece shiny.
To clean your jewelry, lightly buff out the wire with the polishing cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners, as this can damage some stones.
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. There is also a black anti-tarnish strip included in your order. When not in use, store with the strip in an airtight container to slow the darkening process.
Avoid showering, swimming and sleeping with your handmade jewelry on. And most of all ENJOY your new piece of jewelry! Should you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.
