Bronze Wire Crocheted Coral Gemstone Necklace with Matching Earrings
Necklace Description:
This necklace is made by crocheting strands of 26 gauge bronze over copper wire and weaving the strands together for form the necklace. When crocheting the strands, in every few stitches I have added a piece of coral or a pearl, or a seed bead. This necklace has quite a few of the coral pieces, so this is what you notice when you look at the necklace.
The bamboo coral gemstones are in the shades of cream, brown, peach, coral, and some have a bit of olive green in them. They are up to 16mm long and 10mm wide. The seed beads are in gold and purple. The pearls are a 6mm cream acrylic pearl.
With the necklace assembled it looks like a filigree bronze wire background with corals and pearls floating on top of the necklace. The necklace is 19 ½ inches long and from about ¾ inches wide to 1 ¼ inches wide. The crocheted wire varies a bit in width as it goes around the necklace.
Earring Description:
The earrings are wire wrapped onto a bronze fish hook style ear wire. They are in the shape of a line, with the seed beads on top and then three pieces of coral on each spaced in between the seed beads. The total length of the earrins is 2 inches. The beads and the coral are lightweight so the earrings will be light on the ears.

Processing:
This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-2 days because I have a day job. I need the day job to support my yarn and bead habit. So, sometimes an order may come in while I am at the day job and would not be able to mail the same day.
Packaging:
My packaging for jewelry will include a cotton lined jewelry box. I do this because it adds more protection for the jewelry while it ships. It also makes a nice package for giving as a gift.
Environment:
This item is crafted in a smoke free and pet free home.

And...yes, in the pic my readers do have the sticker showing the strength. I have them in different strengths throughout the house. I leave them on the readers so that if I pic up an older pair with a lower strength, I can look at the sticker and not think I am going blind!
In this picture I am making dainty little necklaces and hair bows for my granddaughter. I make my jewelry in the formal dining room. My husband said we should not have bought a house with a formal living and dining room, because we do not use them. Well, I am using them now!!! I have foil down on my table to protect it...and it forms to the table so it worked well, and rubber gloves on so I do not burn my fingers while making the bows! Just in case you were wondering...and, my mouth is open cuz I am talking.
And...When I mention in my listings that colors can vary by monitors...I spelled it very! Too many to change!
