*Carved Tree Heart Decal*
This is a custom made decal in your color choice. I use only high quality 5 year outdoor grade vinyl - Oracal and MacTac brands. Vinyl decals can be applied to any smooth surface, but are especially popular on cars and laptops. My decals are cut out from a solid color sheet of vinyl and have no background. They can be easily removed without damaging your surface but are not reusable.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE WRITE ME A NOTE WITH YOUR DESIRED INITIALS

WALL VINYL - for indoor use - less tacky adhesive for easier removal without damaging paint. Available in red or black. Matte finish.
Shipping - I ship with the US Postal Service. Unless otherwise noted, tracking and expedited shipping is not included in basic shipping. Basic shipping typically takes between five to ten business days within the United States. International shipping varies by country.
Application - Applying your decal is very simple. Here are the steps, which we will also include with your order:
1) Clean and dry surface thoroughly.
2) Smooth decal with credit card or squeegee on a table.
3) Peel back clear top layer (make sure decal sticks to top layer).
4) Carefully apply one end down (once decal sticks it cannot easily be removed without damage to decal.
5) Smooth out with credit card or squeegee.
6) Peel back clear top layer carefully making sure decal doesn't peel up.
7) Press vinyl with fingers ensuring all edges are down.
8) YOU'RE DONE! Stand back and admire your new decal.

Stick Em Up! Decals is a small family business (husband and wife team) based in Taylor, Arizona, in the beautiful White Mountains. We specialize in custom vinyl decals, for cars, laptops, and walls and whole lot more!
We started out in the corner of our bedroom in Los Angeles, California as a small vinyl decal company in 2011 with one machine, a laptop and a dream. We offered small decals on Ebay and grew our business by offering vinyl graphic design and application services to local businesses.
After moving to Arizona in 2013, we opened Stick 'Em Up Decals and have grown to specialize in the following:

We use the highest quality vinyl materials (Oracal 651) and create our products using state of the art equipment. We use a wide format plotter and can make decals up to 8 feet long. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. For most decals that time is 3-5 business days.
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 2-3 weeks
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 3-4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment options
Go Imagine uses Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards. Stripe is the payment processor for many well known websites such as Amazon, Spotify, Postmates and Expedia.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you offer bulk ordering discounts?
Yes, we always offer bulk ordering discounts on all of our products! The number of items needed to receive a discount varies based on the product. Always contact us first before placing your order to inquire about a bulk discount as we will need to set up a custom listing for you.
How can I order multiple monogram keychains with different initials and color combinations?
When you place your order, choose the quantity you want, and choose any color in the dropdown menu. Then just write us a note with a list of initials - make sure the initials are in monogram order (first, LAST, middle) or the order you want them in on the keychain. And if they are each going to have different color combos include that with each set of initials in your note. Example:
1) ALN - Blue Monogram - Purple Tassel
2) EPK - Hot Pink Monogram - Gold Tassel
We will always reference your note for your desired colors and initials.
What size decal should I buy for my (fill in the blank)?
That's really a matter of personal preference. Typically for a cell phone decal, you would want a size of about 2 inches wide. For a wine glass or a tumbler, you might want a size of around 3 inches. For a laptop decal, you might want a size of anywhere between 3 and 7 inches depending on location on the laptop and how much you want it to stand out. For a car window decal, you might want a size anywhere from 4 - 10 inches, or even larger! When in doubt, always grab a ruler or a tape measure. We do not own every type of vehicle, drinkware and electronic device so only you can choose the best size for your intended application!
Do you accept exchanges?
We DO NOT accept exchanges on decals or mugs. If you experience trouble applying your decal, please contact us, as this is a different issue than buyer's remorse.
We DO accept exchanges on clothing for a different size if your shirt ends up being too small or large. Please message us for the return address. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How will my order be packaged?
Wall decals are rolled up and shipped in a tube. Smaller decals are either shipped in a standard envelope with standard shipping, or shipped in a rigid photo mailer if you choose the shipping with tracking method. T-shirts are shipped in waterproof polymailers. Mugs are shipped in small boxes.
What if I mess up my decal during application?
We include easy application directions with step by step instructions and photos on our website, but if your decal happens to be damaged during application it is up to our discretion whether or not we will replace your decal. More than likely we will offer you a discount on a replacement.
