About this Product
Two little handmade clay house sit on a long piece of reclaimed wood with a clay moon hanging in the back. The doors and windows are textured with stamps made by the artist. The trees on each end have a clay trunk and the wood discs have a leaf pattern on front and back.
Wood measures 7.5” long and 1.5” wide and .75” high. Trees (on their own) are about 2.5” tall. Houses are 1-1.5” tall. This would look wonderful on a shelf or on the counter. One of a kind piece of art for your handmade collection.

Meet the Maker
This is me. It’s the cutest photo I could find to introduce myself. It’s probably about the time I started to make things, but my methods and the materials I use have definitely evolved since then. The joy of “making” has remained the same.
Since 1988, I’ve had a home studio where ceramics has been my business focus. I’ve been surrounded by a supportive family that has traveled across many states with me, set up and helped develop countless displays and booth set-ups indoors and outdoors - even in my own backyard. My two children have grown up and I keep business closer to home with an occasional local art show, wholesale orders and on line sales. I’ve also currently enjoy firing up my torch and fusing enamel powders onto copper pieces to create one of a kind jewelry.
My studio assistants include two Labrador retrievers named Jacob and Gracey. My husband is retired, but still helps with business details like cutting wood, kiln repairs and most importantly, consulting with my studio assistants while at the dog park. Life is good.
Shop Policies
As a maker of handmade goods, I want every buyer to be happy with their purchase. Made in the tradition of an earlier time when all things were made by hand, slight imperfections may exist. (This does not mean it’s flawed.) Every piece is made with the highest degree of care which results in finished pieces of exquisite quality.
Please note that my creations are either ceramic or fused glass (if you ordered enameled copper jewelry), and should be treated with care. Both mediums are fragile, but if cared for adequately, will last for many years.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Descriptions and photos are as accurate and precise as I can make them. Please take the time to read each description and review the photos ~ all listings show size and color as accurately as possible. I give measurements in inches. Information and communication are very important to me. If you have questions, PLEASE ASK. I'll be happy to answer any inquiries prior to your purchase. The only surprise I want you to have is when you feel that the item you purchased is even better in person! Everything is packaged well because I know that what I make is fragile. In the very rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me via email (shown below) with photos. I’ll make things right.

Item will be shipped to the address on your account - please be sure that's where you want it to go! Notify me if you require shipping to an address other than what is on your account.
