Our current processing time is 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) and items ship 3-5 day first class with the option to upgrade to 2-3 day priority (shipping times are estimates given by the post office and are not guaranteed) An upgrade to Priority shipping does not effect the processing time, only the shipping type. A rush listing is available if items are needed sooner.

The design on the cup is made with high quality permanent outdoor vinyl. The same vinyl used on car windows and other outdoor items. With proper care and use, the design should permanently remain on the cup.
