ORDER INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place your order 2. Send several photos of your pet to hello@kurochkagifts.com. We will choose the best photo. Dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, crocodiles… all are welcome. Here are a few tips: - Photos should be high resolution (at least 2000px wide), mostly the face - Shoot in good light without strong shadow - Photos should be sharp, not blurry - Taken at eye level with your pet - Take the photo at the same angle as the face of a chosen image king or queen - Background should be simple, not busy, and in a contrasting color to your pet If the pictures you send don't work, we will let you know why. 3. We will email you a preview for approval. If you have additional request, we will make one or two basic revisions to your satisfaction. All previews have a watermark applied, which will be removed from the final artwork. The portrait or t-shirt won’t be printed before we get your approval. 4. As soon as your approval is confirmed, the digital file or portrait or t-shirt will be printed and shipped to you. Note that the result may vary slightly from the artwork of your choice (different jewelry, crown, etc.), depending on your pet's appearance. *********************************** T-SHIRTS ORDER INSTRUCTIONS Please tell us: - Do you want the portrait to be included in a frame image, or with a brushstroke border, or plain, - If you want a frame image, indicate its number - Display pet name on portrait or not Notes about t-shirts: Sizes - Because each design is personalized and cannot be returned (unless we make a mistake), please take note of the t-shirt’s measurements in the provided size charts. Sizing between different brands vary wildly, especially with women's and unisex t-shirts, and we cannot give refunds for poor fit. Taking Care - We print using heat transfer techniques. It is recommended to wash your garments inside out in cold or warm water and low agitation; do not iron over the printed areas. Turnaround for t-shirts: It takes us about 2-4 business days to create the artwork After your approval, it takes us another 2-4 business days to print the work on a t-shirt and to ship it Shipping time depends on postal services
