These hand towels are made to look like dresses. Some people mistake them for children's dresses or maybe bibs for babies but they aren't they are hanging towels for the kitchen or bathroom.
These are made from used hand towels in good condition then cut in half to make two towels. Matching or coordinating fabric is then chosen to make the top. The top is made from cotton fabric and both front and back interfaced.
These towels are finished with ribbon for ties. They can be tied to the kitchen oven handle or refrigerator handle or a cabinet handle or used in the guest bathroom.

Meet the Maker
I started sewing around the 4th grade. My mother started teaching me sewing. Around the same time I started various projects through 4-H, exhibiting my finished projects at the 4-H events, as well as the county fair. I received several ribbons for my finished projects over the years.
After I was married I started sewing for several customers making square dancing dresses and other types of clothes.
I had to get a regular job to help pay bills so my sewing was out on the back burner for a number of years. I retired from a job I worked at for 18 years and am back to sewing on a regular basis.
