These steamers CANNOT be used like bath bombs and placed in your bath water – the menthol crystals, which help carry the fragrance of the essential oils to the steam of the shower and amount of essential oils used for fragrance could irritate the skin.
Place in a corner of your shower floor or hang in a bag on the shower head so it’s out of direct contact with the water stream. The water mist will activate the menthol crystals and fizzing reaction, releasing the essential oils into the air.
