About the ingredients used in our bath soak:  

Hawaiian Black Lava Salt: Is an exotic, all-natural sea salt made with activated charcoal and pure sea salt from the Pacific Ocean. It is popular for its antioxidant properties.  

Black Sea Salt:  It is infused with activated charcoal which helps to increase blood circulation and has a detoxifying effect on the body as it draws out impurities. This salt contains a therapeutic blend of essential oils that will help to bathe away feelings of stress and tension.

Himalayan Pink Salt: It’s a powerful detoxifier, helps recharge the body, promotes better skin hydration. Leaves skin softer and smoother. Helps heal irritating and painful skin conditions.

Dead Sea Salt: Cleanses and soften skin. It is therapeutic and composed of 21 beneficial minerals; like, helps strengthen skin tissue, has healing properties, calms nerves, relaxes body muscles, gets rid of body toxins and has anti-aging properties, helps it treat common skin disorders.    

Rose Petal Bath: Helps with sleep, reduces anxiety, stress, depression, pain, controls rapid heartbeat, relieve migraine headaches.

How to use: Simply place as much or as little of the salt in your warm bath and relax.

It can also be used as a scrub, if you would like to do this place a little in your hand or small bowl and add water or a carrier oil such as coconut oil to soften the salt a little and gently rub onto skin.
