After actually wearing many of the common mask styles that are available today, I found that the fundamental flaw of face masks is that most are not designed for the anatomy of the Human Face, they are FLAT! They were mostly made to be used temporarily, comfort really wasn't a concern. They gaped at the sides, nose, & chin, fogged my glasses, or pressed against my nose making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe! So I compiled the best design detail from my mask patterns and created my most comfortable mask/cover yet!

Supplies to make All Pleatz Mask Cover:
• Use tightly woven 100% cotton fabric. Flannel, knits and T-shirt material is not recommended.
• 4” ~ piece of flexible wire
• *20” ~ 1/8 or 1/4” elastic cord
• Sewing Machine
• Zigzag Presser Foot
• Universal sewing machine needles (80/12)
• Cotton or all-purpose thread
• Disappearing fabric marker
• Fabric scissors
• Quilting pins
