ITEM DETAILS

• Pizza peel is made from real natural bamboo.
• Bamboo can withstand heavy use in the kitchen and make fabulous serving boards for entertaining.
• The grains and color of the bamboo may vary slightly from what is shown in the pictures due to the naturally occurring unique patterns on every piece of bamboo.
• All of my engravings are on brand new pieces and done by me in my workshop.
• Great addition to your kitchen and makes a wonderful gift for birthdays, holidays, weddings, showers, anniversaries, housewarming or just because!
• No dyes or stains are used – laser engraving is permanent and will not fade or wash out.

MEASUREMENTS + MATERIALS

• The Pizza Peel measures 23 1/2" x 14 1/2" x 1/2".
• The edge (front side only) where pizza is picked up is thinner, this edge is 1/4" thick and is rounded.
• Oil finished.
• The hole in the handle of the board is 7/8" x 1 3/4".
• The handle is 2 1/4" at the widest point.

PERSONALIZATION

• All engravings will be done on the back side of the peel. Do NOT cut on the engraving.
• Please type in a name  would like on the design in the personalization field.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• For best results, regularly oil your cutting board (approximately once a month or whenever it starts to look dried out).
• All wood cutting boards benefit from conditioning them with cutting board/food grade mineral/butchers block oil.
• DO NOT use cooking oils as they will turn rancid.
• After using your cutting board, hand wash it with soap and water and towel dry.
• NEVER place your cutting board in a dishwasher, or soak it in the sink.
• Please DO NOT cut on engraved side of board.
• Safe for food contact.
