Hello, and welcome to my shop!
To keep your home safe, fragrant, and livable, we make great soy candles using superior ingredients like pure soy wax, cotton core wicks, pure essential oils, and sophisticated fragrances for men and women. It's important to us that we deliver thoughtful, hand-poured, and safe candles to any space. All our candles are made in small batches as well, so you know it will be personal for our customers! Also, we recently added Menthol shower Steamers to our line, and they're quickly becoming a fan favorite!
How it’s Made
We use Soy Wax in our candles to provide our customers with a non-toxic environment. You will see the lasting difference in your candles due to the soy wax, cotton core wicks, and Premium high quality fragrance oils. We hand-pour in small batches to deliver high-end candles for your space!

Purchaser (“You”) agree to use all purchased products safely, according to all directions and warnings provided by Bold Space Candle Co., and according to any and all specifications and directions of the manufacturer.
Bold Space Candle Co. sells its merchandise only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in the particular jurisdiction where they reside. By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Bold Space Candle Co., you represent that you are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned by you in your state, county, and/or city of residence.
FURTHERMORE, BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHALL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD BOLD SPACE CANDLE CO. FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. RETURN POLICY
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process:
To return an item, please email customer service at chasity@boldspacecandleco.com to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. After receiving an RGA number and return address, place the product securely in its original package to be mailed back.
Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipping Info:
Once an order is placed, there is a 24–48-hour processing time. It’s my intention to get orders out asap. I ship out Monday-Friday and on Saturdays if Monday is a holiday.
Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, failed deliveries, or stolen packages of your package.
