Surgical Scrub Cap Sewing Pattern. To make this scrub cap you’ll need 1 fat quarter or 18x22" piece of fabric, a piece of elastic and thread. This is an item that you will download yourself right after purchase. Please read the rest of listing for download instructions. This is a unisex tieback surgical cap style for man or woman that has been modified to cut out of a fat quarter. So go grab some fat quarters from the store and start sewing. You get a sewing pattern to print, cut out and put on your fabric as well as several pages of photos taken while I sewed the scrub hat and written instructions. Includes a link in pdf for video tutorial.
