Tug And Go repurposed firehose dog toys were created by Shannon Blair, a working municipal Boston firefighter a.k.a. Jack Alltrade. Looking for a toy durable enough to withstand the onslaught of an energetic boxer ( Svannaha), Jack realized that if you make it, they will come, so that's what he did. Taking materials at his disposal firehose and researching what equipment would be needed to transform that raw material in a way unseen before. Thus begin the journey of creating testing, and refining the Tug And Go repurposed firehose dog toy products you see today. Tug and go the better-made firehose dog toy fire tested pet approved.

Color Variations & Processing
- Due to the nature of handmade items, there may be some variations to each product. Thread and fabric colors differ slightly from what is seen in our pictures.
- Colors can vary slightly from the picture, as the dyeing process for fabric can differ, and each bolt is slightly different in color.
- Our products are handmade, and we do not always have products in stock. We have a 3 to 7-day processing time depending on the item and the season (ie, Christmas, Easter, etc). Some holidays might have a longer processing time.
Returns
- We do accept returns if the product you received from us is defective. We will either send a new item upon receipt of the defective/damaged item or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so we may assist you within 7 days of receiving your product. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping paid will not be included in the refund. Refunds will not be issued until the unused item is received back in its original packaging and condition.
Cancellations
- We do accept cancellations as long as the item you ordered has not been shipped. There are no cancellations on personalized or custom items that have started in production.
Shipping
- Shipping will be USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Please have a secure area for your delivery, as Little Bit Pets Kids, and More is not responsible for missing packages after USPS shows it has been delivered.
- Purchases made with free shipping are subject to our normal return policy. In addition, there will be a restocking fee charged equal to the retail rate postage cost set by USPS.
