This 'Ghost Two' design is unique to noellebydesign and is hand applied using HTV vinyl for that extra bit of 'pop' on her big day!
Choose either Gerber size 12, 18 and 24 months from the drop-down menu when purchasing. Please be aware that Gerber does run a little smaller than average.
Gerber size 6-9 months is also available, but please message me with her waist measurement as I recommend changing the skirt size as well.
Tutu bloomers are made using 4 layers of soft tulle over top of a bloomers/diaper cover bottom. The elastic waistband is approximate 14 inches around. The black cow bow is on a clip so you can move it to the front, the back or wherever you think it looks best!
Headband is ONE SIZE ONLY, it is approximately 15 inches around on a soft stretchy elastic. The bow is 4 inches across. Do not leave children unattended as small parts may be a choking hazard.
