"Glaucous Gull" is a type of seagull found here in the PNW.
This print is on 8in by 12in paper, and is printed with blue water based ink.
Each of my prints are inked and pressed by hand, making each one of them unique. Your print will be similar to the one listed here, but it will not be 100% the same. All of my prints are numbered and signed.

Meet the Maker
I graduated from Central Washington University in 2013 with a BFA in Drawing and Painting.
I specialize in wool fiber sculpture, watercolor illustration, and printmaking.
The subjects of my artwork are primarily animals found in the Pacific Northwest. I have always been fascinated with biology and zoology, and I want to use my art as an educational tool about local wildlife. My style can be described as realistic, but cute.
I'm also a youth art instructor for Arbutus Folk School in Olympia, WA.
How it’s Made
I draw all of my own designs, and carve them with hand tools on pieces of linoleum blocks.
Once a carving is done, I hand roll it with ink, and then press paper onto it, to create a print.
I either press the paper with my hands, or I use small hand tools like a barren or the back of a wooden spoon to help achieve the pressure I need to create a print.
