Shop Policies
All sales are final on custom/personalized items unless product was damaged during shipping. All items receive proper inspection before shipment. If product was damaged during shipment only exchange can be made or in-store credit. Pictures must be provided of damage. Examples of damage would be dents, scratches, ect. Everything is handmade so small imperfections may occur. You must inspect item and have three days to file a damage claim in writing to me for proper accommodation to be received.
