Refund & Returns:
Returns:
- Must be returned within 14 days of delivered date.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Product isn't used/damaged/dirty.
- Must have receipt or be able to provide proof of purchase.
- Customized products with custom names/writing/images are not eligible for returns.
- Customized products that do not contain custom names or images.
- Example: The Double-Sided Minky Dots Baby Blanket can be returned even if you have chosen different Minky Dot fabric colors for either sides as long as you have not added any embroidered names/writings/images, and it is a plain/blank blanket.
- You are responsible for shipping fees to return.
Refundable back to original form of payment:
- Products that are defective or obviously damaged by us.
- Wrong product sent.
- Products with incorrect custom items/customization as customer has specified.
Not Refundable:
- Products on sale
- Products that have been correctly customized such as names added, custom images added, etc.
- Products that have already been delivered to you for over 14 days.
- Products that are damaged during delivery/by delivery services. We are not responsible for any missing/lost/stolen items/packages and damages after it is shipped and out of our hands.
Exchanges:
We will only exchange items for the same exact item (may be in a different color/pattern from the same product page) if it does not have any customizations added. We are not responsible for shipping fees to return for exchanges.
