Hey y'all!!! Welcome to Knutty Knitter SC!!

My name is Jennifer, I’m originally from Central NY but moved here to Summerville, SC because I absolutely love the lifestyle and the people here! I’m Mama to a GIGANTOR 18yr old son whom I adore & have The Big Guy, who isn’t too bad & feeds my yarn addiction.

I will knit just about anything you can think of but my favorite items are things like shawls, blankets, baby sweaters…The idea that something I’ve created can be passed down in a family & treasured does my heart good!

Received this today in time for a grandchild-to-be baby shower this weekend. These parent/baby duo bunnies truly "exceed expectations" (my teacher jargon checking in). :) What a charming knitting design, beautifully done! The maker included a gift bag and cedar pendant to protect the yarn. A very deserving Maker Challenge winner!

Loving my new Ombre Slouch Hat! What beautiful hand work. I am not a knitter or crocheter - I am in awe of the beautiful alternate knitting and techniques used on this. And the color is gorgeous - I didn't realize the color fades from dark to light from bottom to top - love that. I also really like that there is a double layer to the band around the bottom, it makes for a snug fit and feels like a warm muffler over my ears. And all my hair fits inside!
