Hi!  I've always loved playing dress-up.  Anytime was the right time to be fancy. So once I learned to sew as a teen, I absolutely had to start creating one-of-a-kind dress-up clothes.  Kellybugs was the natural extension of this.  I love to make beautiful frilly things and would be happy to create something to perfectly capture your little one's special occasion.
