ORDERING IS EASY

1. Select the CLEAN-UP option for removing unwanted graphics, text or backgrounds. We digitally clean-up and retouch your image manually.
2. The AS-IS option is for print-ready artwork.***
***If you choose to have your recipe AS-IS, I will keep it authentic with all the nostalgic touches as the exact recipe card. It will be an exact copy of the image that you send me.
3. Decide if you want it in ORIGINAL COLORS or BLACK & WHITE. **
**If you choose to have your recipe in BLACK/WHITE, I will edit the image to where the background is white and everything else is black. There are some cases where the writing is faded, lighting on the image is poor quality, or writing overlaps images or lines where it cannot be edited perfectly.
4. Recipes on lined paper will print with lines, unless otherwise selected with the LINE REMOVAL option. Line removal will not be performed unless selected and added to cart from product page provided in link. Line removal requires a substantial amount of extra time in editing your recipe; leaving a note requesting line removal is not a substitution for paying for line removal.
We digitally clean-up and retouch your image manually so there will be times that line removal can not be performed due to overlap of text. You will be notified if your recipe cannot be edited as requested.
5. Choose the TITLE option if you want a TITLE for your towel (Example: "From Grandma's Kitchen").
6. The PREVIOUS RECIPE order option is for customers who have previously ordered and wish to order more towels of the exact same recipe.
7. Choose your desired QUANTITY of towels.
Image print area is typically around 5.75" x 11.5" printed on one side to allow the towel to be tri-folded and hung. If you have a piece of art done on an 8.5" x 11" sheet and you'd like it to be printed full size or If you have something smaller and want to add graphics or text, please leave us a note and let us know.
Upload a high quality photo image or scan to when placing the order. Alternatively you can send an email to Country Comfort Creatives by email with your order number to Kindness.Matters@countrycomfortcreatives.com
A high resolution scan is preferred. You can use apps such as Genuis Scan to take a hi res photo with your smartphone! If you do not have that capability, any office supply store should be able to do it for you!
If you must take a picture, please take it straight on (not at an angle) and make sure you take the photo during the day in natural light without shadows. The better quality the original image the better the final print will be. The best recipes are on white or solid paper.
We do not accept recipes in the mail, sorry for the inconvenience but we'd prefer you take it to a local Fedex Office, or the like, for scanning to prevent any mishap with the mail. These are far too important.
You will receive a mockup and proof from Country Comfort Creatives within 2 business days to your email address on file. ***Keep in mind that this time may vary during the holidays. Please be diligent in checking your proof as quickly as possible. Your items will be printed in 2-3 business days from APPROVAL of your proof. Also, please let me know if you have any additional questions at this time, I'm always happy to answer!
Sublimation Printing:
Our designs are transferred directly into the products fabric fibers through a heat process called Dye Sublimation. The image has a long lasting soft feel. There are no stickers or vinyl, designs will not crack, lift or peel off. All of our creations are handmade so there will be times that minor imperfections are unavoidable.
Tea Towel Care Instructions:
- Machine washable in cold, with like colors.
- Do not soak or use bleach
- Avoid extreme Heat-Do not Iron
- Lay flat, hang or tumble dry low.
