My descriptions and photos are as accurate as I can get them with my camera and lighting, there may be a slight color difference in what you receive as opposed to the picture sometimes only due to lighting. We are a custom, hand painted and created gift shop that loves to bring to life a customized, one of a kind gift for you. We have a large inventory of hand painted gifts, signs, decals, vinyl products and much more for you to choose from. If you have a custom request for anything you see in the shop listings, please just send us a message and we will get back to you!
Most any of the items you see listed can be customized or personalized for you or as a gift. That service may add a little bit of time on to your order, but well worth the wait to get just what you want!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I do not accept returns or exchanges but you are welcome to contact me via email if there is a problem with your order you have received. My descriptions and photos are as accurate as I can get them with my camera and lighting, there may be a slight color difference in what you receive as opposed to the picture sometimes only due to lighting. Please take your time when reading my descriptions and sizing before ordering, if you are unsure, just message and ask any questions you may have before placing the order. I try to give accurate measurements in inches and weight. I would not want you to be disappointed when you receive your product. Communication is key for a happy purchase for you and for me. I'll be happy to answer any inquiries prior to your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as possible. I will work with you to repair or replace the item. My RETURN POLICY is listed below in case you will need that information.
RETURN POLICY
PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK BEFORE CONTACTING ME. The item MUST be shipped back to me in the original package, using the same shipping method by which it was shipped to you. You will need to please provide me with the Tracking Number of the package once you have shipped. I do not refund return shipping fees. Once I receive the item, I will make an exchange, repair, or refund.

I offer free shipping on my products and the shipping for now is via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and i will provide tracking. Item will be shipped to the address of your account.... please review it and make sure that's where you want it to go! Notify me if you require shipping to an address other than what is on your account in case you would like it to be sent as a gift. My descriptions and photos are as accurate as I can get them with my camera and lighting, there may be a slight color difference in what you receive as opposed to the picture sometimes only due to lighting. I try to give accurate measurements in inches and weight. I would not want you to be disappointed when you receive your product. Communication is key for a happy purchase for you and for me.
