In my work I use a lot of recycled material, old silk, cotton, and viscose rags and turn them into new forms of life and style.

Nuno felting is the process of felting wool roving onto another fabric (silk). "Nuno" is a Japanese word for cloth or fabric.
This scarf soft , warm and lightweight.
This design works with your wardrobe throughout the year. It easy can be used as a scarf, as a wrap or shawl and will be perfect accessory for any special occasion to make you special and unique.
Measures: length 61"(155cm) without fringe and 175 with fringe, width 19.5" (50cm) approx.
Ready to ship.
----------------------- Care instruction: Wool is a unique organic fiber and has a self-cleaning ability but you can wash scarf when it necessary. To keep the scarf beautiful, you hand wash it in in slightly warm water (30C 86F) with hair shampoo and delicate garment detergent (such as Woolite). Soak scarf in warm water than raise it carefully without shaking it. Do not change the water temperature when you rinse out the soap. (If you wash it in hot water the item may shrink further), squeeze the water out (wrap it up into a towel). Reshape with hands while damp. I purchased the "Felt peony flower brooch pin" and the "Eco printed felted mittens, pink arm warmers". Oh my, what beautiful items! I bought the brooch to go on a vintage wool coat, and the mittens are the "icing on the cake". These mittens are gorgeous. Hand felted, naturally dyed, and with leaves - the natural leaf color and shape transferred to the felt - I've never seen anything like them, so unique and exquisite. The "ultra" of handmade. ♥♥

I received my silk scarf with leaf prints today. It is simply lovely — soft, elegant, and printed with lots of detail. The quality would be worth twice the price. The maker wrapped it with whimsy (leaf prints on paper used as stickers) and care. This arrived just five days after ordering.

-----------------------Care instruction:Wool is a unique organic fiber and has a self-cleaning ability but you can wash scarf when it necessary.To keep the scarf beautiful, you hand wash it in in slightly warm water (30C 86F) with hair shampoo and delicate garment detergent (such as Woolite). Soak scarf in warm water than raise it carefully without shaking it. Do not change the water temperature when you rinse out the soap. (If you wash it in hot water the item may shrink further), squeeze the water out (wrap it up into a towel). Reshape with hands while damp.
