Returns/Refunds As all work is done to order specifically for you, returns and refunds are not possible. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, let me know and I'll make it right. Be sure the mockup I send is how you want the final design to look.
Processing time
Shipping and Insurance Shipping times are estimates. Once accepted by the post office, priority usually takes 1-3 days, and ground UPS/FEDEX takes 1-6 days. However, occasionally things are delayed or misdirected. Shipping arrival is not guaranteed except for Priority EXPRESS.
All items are shipped insured. Lost items cannot be claimed until 15 days have passed for domestic and 30 days for international. Damaged items will need to have photos taken and the packing material kept. Please contact me for details.

Completing Basic Training, be it Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines is a major and essential milestone in an enlisted recruit's military career. Soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines can only lay claim to that title upon graduating from their service's basic training regimen. The graduation ceremony is a proud moment and deserves to be recognized. What better way than a personalized plaque?
This design was created for my daughter's ceremony back in 2018. Yes, I am one proud Army mom! Made of your choice of hardwood maple, oak, or cherry, I carved the wording and boots, torched the boots with a propane flame, and sealed the wood with satin polyurethane to protect it for years to come.
Included:
Keyhole Slot Choice of finish: matte, satin, gloss Text Boot Graphic (this can be changed for a fee depending on the complexity) Sanded Edging Choice of oak or cherry measuring approximately 8" x 10" Optional:
Upgrade to Maple Upgrade Edging available. Upgrade Shape/Border available. Add Torching. Stain or Surface Paint w/ Natural Lettering (no extra charge if you'd like to downgrade the hardwood to pine). Returns/Refunds As all work is done to order specifically for you, returns and refunds are not possible. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, let me know and I'll make it right. Be sure the mockup I send is how you want the final design to look.
Processing time
Shipping and Insurance Shipping times are estimates. Once accepted by the post office, priority usually takes 1-3 days, and ground UPS/FEDEX takes 1-6 days. However, occasionally things are delayed or misdirected. Shipping arrival is not guaranteed except for Priority EXPRESS.
All items are shipped insured. Lost items cannot be claimed until 15 days have passed for domestic and 30 days for international. Damaged items will need to have photos taken and the packing material kept. Please contact me for details.

This design was created for my daughter's ceremony back in 2018. Yes, I am one proud Army mom! Made of your choice of hardwood maple, oak, or cherry, I carved the wording and boots, torched the boots with a propane flame, and sealed the wood with satin polyurethane to protect it for years to come.

Processing time
Shipping and Insurance Shipping times are estimates. Once accepted by the post office, priority usually takes 1-3 days, and ground UPS/FEDEX takes 1-6 days. However, occasionally things are delayed or misdirected. Shipping arrival is not guaranteed except for Priority EXPRESS.
All items are shipped insured. Lost items cannot be claimed until 15 days have passed for domestic and 30 days for international. Damaged items will need to have photos taken and the packing material kept. Please contact me for details.

This design was created for my daughter's ceremony back in 2018. Yes, I am one proud Army mom! Made of your choice of hardwood maple, oak, or cherry, I carved the wording and boots, torched the boots with a propane flame, and sealed the wood with satin polyurethane to protect it for years to come.
