<p><strong>SHIPPING:</strong></p><p>All items are currently shipping within 1-2 business days. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>RETURNS/EXCHANGES:</strong><br></p><p>We do offer exchanges if the buyer is willing to pay for return shipping. If an error is made on our part we will gladly pay return shipping. <strong>We must be contacted within 7 days of delivery if an exchange needs to be made AND item MUST BE RECEIVED back within 30 days of original delivery date.</strong></p><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Returns at this time are not accepted but exchanges are welcome within the correct time window. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>To make an exchange, send items back to 218 Sarahs Lane, Harleysville, PA 19438 with a note on the original invoice stating the exchange information. Once an item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it is unused and in brand new condition. If item was unused, the new item will be sent out.</p>

<p>If there is an issue with package being lost by the Post Office, we will issue a new package. Pickles and Rain is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered from the Post office that have been stolen. </p> |
