This shop caters to all moms (and kiddos) and not one label defines us! Fit moms, fur moms, boy moms, girl moms, all mommas are welcome! All items are handcrafted and packaged with love and care in sunny California. <br></span></p>

<p><strong>Custom order requests are available</strong> at this current time. Whether it is for an event or a single item, if there is something your heart desires, please free to contact the maker! </p> |
<p><strong>Design & Production Time:</strong></p>
<p>Please keep in mind that all items are handmade with love, closely paying attention to all the fine details! The time needed to design and make an item varies. For specific details, please view each individual item. Certain items have a 1 to 3 day production time while others are able to ship the following day. During holidays, the design and production time may increase due to an increase in orders. Please order ahead to ensure your order arrives on time.</p>

<p><strong>Estimated Shipping Times:</strong><br></p>
<p>After your item is designed and made, it is dropped off at the shipping carrier of your selection. Below is a shipping guideline, but ultimately the delivery time is dependent on the selected shipping method.</p>
<ul><li>North America: 3-6 business days</li><li>Europe: <span class="pl-xs-1">2-3 weeks<br></span></li></ul>

<p><strong>Import Taxes & Customs:</strong></p>
<p>Buyers are solely responsible for import tax and custom fees that may apply with the order. Bad Momma Co is not responsible for any delays that are caused by customs. </p>

<p><strong>Returns & Exchanges:</strong><br></p>
<p>
Bad Momma Co does not accept exchanges or returns on personalized or custom items. Returns are accepted on non-customized/non-personalized items; however, the item must be returned in its original condition, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. </p>
<ul><li><b><strong>Buyers must contact the maker within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days to be eligible for a full refund.</strong></b></li></ul>

<p><strong>Order Cancellation:</strong></p>
<p>Since all items are handmade, buyers must request a cancellation within a day of purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, and the return process (see above) will apply.</p>
