RETURNS on NON PERSONALIZED items:
DreamlikeCreationsLLC.com accepts returns on unused, unaltered, and undamaged items for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date. We'll always do our absolute best to deal with each situation with the best possible judgement and fairness; we hope our guests will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
To return your product, please send an email to DREAMLIKECREATIONSCORP@GMAIL.COM with your order number, the item(s) you need to return and the reason why you wish to return them. You will receive an answer from us within 24-48 hours of your request.
Once your return has been authorized via e-mail, please mail the unwanted item back to us. We will provide you the address upon return approval.
If we have made a mistake on your order, we will cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
