<p>Hi! My name is Liz and I am the crafter behind Sew That Liz. I love to create items that are both useful and aesthetically pleasing. From puff paint t-shirts in the 90s to making my own jewelry to wear to work, I have always loved crafting! <br></p>
<p>Like many others, sewing did not become part of my life until 2020 arrived with a lack of available PPE. I had been gifted a Singer Simple sewing machine that was just waiting for the time to learn how to use it. With lockdown and YouTube videos, I felt pretty sure I could sew a straight line. Out came the sewing machine and off I went making piles and piles of masks. When the need lifted, I still had a ton of fabric and decided to join a program at my local fabric store to learn how to quilt. </p>
<p>After months of sewing and realizing that I had a natural talent for it, I decided to try more and more things. I was hooked! I upgraded my sewing machine and ended up with so many quilts, bags, and mug rugs among other things that my friends and family convinced me to sign up for a Christmas bazaar! I'll never forget the first bag of mine that a fellow quilter took home with her. Seeing her still carrying it to the 2nd annual Christmas bazaar made my day. </p>
<p>The items in my shop are crafted by my hands and, while they aren't always perfect, I am proud of each and every one. By purchasing from me, you're bringing home a product made with love, curse words, and a little bit of cat hair!</p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(54, 96, 146);">CUSTOM ORDERS</span>: I am happy to work with you on a made-to-order version of any item you see in my shop or social media. The time to craft and ship your item varies based on item difficulty and material availability. An estimate will be provided during our design chats but may be extended due to external shipping issues.</p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(54, 96, 146);">RETURN POLICY</span>: Pre-made items can be returned within 3 days of delivery provided they have not been used and are returned in the original condition. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Some made-to-order items will not be eligible for return or exchange. If you are not completely happy with your custom order, please contact me as soon as possible upon delivery.</p> |
