<p>Welcome to Symphony Beads! I'm Beka Wilson, a music teacher, jewelry designer, multi-instrumentalist, church orchestra member, music arranger/composer, and mommy of two crazy kids. I've been beading for around 15 years as a side hobby and making gifts for friends and family. After seeing one too many backwards treble clefs while looking for some music-themed charms, I got mad and decided to try making some with some spare wire in my supplies. Music is my life and one of my greatest loves, and I hope that love shines through in my pieces.<br><br>I learned many of my jewelry skills through the women in my family. My grandma used to own a business supplying beads to craft stores, and when she got out of the business she gifted me a great deal of her leftover inventory. I have so many memories of my grandma, aunt, mom, sister, and I sitting around the table, working on our own jewelry projects late into the night while we snacked, chatted, and laughed until we cried.</p> |
<p><strong>Refund/Return Policy<br></strong></p><p>We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

<p><strong>Damages and issues</strong>
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.</p><p><br><br><br></p><p><strong>Order Processing Timeframe<br><br></strong>If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped within three business days.</p><p><br>If the item you ordered is not in stock and must be made before mailing, it will be shipped within five business days.<br><br>In the event that we cannot get your item shipped within the timeframes outlined above, we will contact you via the email address you provided with an estimated delivery time. <br><br><br><br><strong>Concerning Precious Metals</strong></p><p>Unless explicitly stated otherwise, "gold" and "silver" in product descriptions will refer to the color of the metal only, not its content.</p> |
