2.If ordering one of the Monogram Designs, please provide the initials you
want engraved in the EXACT ORDER you want them engraved in the
customization box provided.

3.If you are requesting a Custom Artwork, please give us as much detail as you
can in the customization box provided. Please include a little back story and
who the item is for. This helps expedite the design process. We will reach out
via messages with any questions. If you already have the artwork,
please send it to us via GoImagine messages.

WHOLESALE
We do offer wholesale rates in some cases. This is based on the product and quantity of the order. When we can buy in large quantity, we forward that savings on to you in most cases. SHIPPING

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: EFFECTIVE January 1, 2020

WEST COAST-(AK-CA-OR-WA-HI- ID-AZ-UT-NM) ALL West Coast Orders will ship FEDEX GROUND and may take a few extra days to arrive. (1-7 Business Days)
Your tracking number will be provided to the email you used when placing your order.

If you require faster SHIPPING you can choose USPS PRIORITY or USPS EXPRESS at checkout, however the higher shipping rates will be your responsibility and will not be covered by Rustic Route Designs.
We will use the most affordable shipping method for Rustic Route Designs unless you pay your own shipping. If you purchase shipping, we will ship per the purchased method.

If your order requires INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and you tracking will be provided in an email from GoImagine when you order ships.

PROCESSING TIME
At Rustic Route Designs we make processing and shipping speed our top priority. We know that when you fall in love with a personalized product, you would like to receive it as soon as possible.
Orders will be produced and shipped within 3-7 business days; however, we usually produce and ship within 48 to 72 hours when it is not a busy time of year. It is important to remember that all time frames are ESTIMATES not a guarantee, however we do our very best to meet these time frames and will communicate with you if we are experiencing a delay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS-NO EXCEPTIONS

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns for non-custom engraved and printed products. Item/s must be shipped back to Rustic Route Designs within 3 days of delivery and all returns must have tracking. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Shop Policies

If you received a damaged or defective product you have 3 days to report it to us at sales@rusticroutedesigns.com with a high resolution picture of the damaged item and the box it arrived in.  Rustic Route Designs will gladly replace your damaged product at no charge.


Mistakes happen! If you accidentally approved a proof which was incorrect, we will replace that order for you at half the cost.

If we make the mistake, we will undoubtedly ship your replacement ASAP.


CANCELLATION POLICY::

We will happily cancel your order as long as the cancellation request is issued to Rustic Route Designs within 24 hours of order being placed & if the artwork has not been assigned to our Graphic Design Department at the time of request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN:: If you have chosen one of our house designs without any customization, we will happily accept a return as long as we receive the item back with in 7 business days of delivery. We will issue a refund with in 24 hours of receiving the item back in the same (NEW) condition it was sent in. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE TRACKING

EXCHANGE:: If you have chosen one of our house designs without any customization, we will happily accept an exchange as long as we receive the item back with in 7 business days of delivery.  A full refund will be issued at that time and you will need to place a new order for the exchange request. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE TRACKING

All items need to be returned to Rustic Route Designs with tracking at buyers expense.
