This stunning table or bench is constructed of a walnut crotch slab. The locally sourced wood was cleaned, sanded, and flattened. Areas of the piece were filled with purple resin for slight accents in the wood. The slab was then sealed on all sides with Rubio Monocoat which is a natural environmentally friendly oil. This finish is extremely hard and durable and enhances the natural beauty and grain of the wood giving it a silky smooth feel and satin look.
The legs of the table are constructed of heavy duty trapezoid shaped metal. Each foot is adjustable for leveling purposes and has a protective pad to prevent damage to floors. Partial assembly required upon delivery with instructions included.
Care and maintenance of the table can be achieved by simply wiping with a damp microfiber cloth and using coasters to prevent possible damage from long standing condensation. After several years if the wood surface starts to feel dry or rough, use of the Rubio Monocoat Renew will bring the surface back to the original state.
The overall dimensions of the table are 40" long x 15" wide x 18" tall.
This beautiful piece looks great as a bench in entryways or at the foot of a bed or use as a coffee table in your living room. It works wonderfully in many applications.

Rivermist Creations is a quality handcrafted shop. We create lasting gifts, collectibles and keepsakes for all ages. We began making cloth baby dolls and have added several variations of those along with jointed plush animals, wood toys and home decor. We designed and create special magnetic pacifiers and parts needed to create magnetic baby bottles for use with not only our baby dolls but also any other doll with a magnetic mouth. We have recently added our own designed and printed fabrics for use in the swaddle dolls and clothing for the full body dolls. Our main priorities for our shop is Quality and Customer Service.
