How it’s Made
We use a special printing process called sublimation in the creation of our mugs, this is because sublimation is used to create long-lasting designs. The resulting design is permanent and can withstand dishwasher and microwave use.
☀ MADE IN THE USA: Created for you in the DownEast region of Maine, USA.
☀ HIGH QUALITY: We use 100% high quality ceramic mugs and we team this with the highest quality graphics. All of our mugs are Dishwasher and Microwave SAFE! (top rack recommended).
☀ SIZE: The mug we use for these is a standard coffee mug size, 11 oz measuring 3.75 inches tall!
☀ PRODUCTION TIMELINE: Items are Made to Order using a special printing process called sublimation.Each design is printed onto a special transfer paper using dye-based inks, and then transferred onto the mug's surface using heat and pressure.

☀ RETURNS - All of our mugs are guaranteed free from defects. I strive for the best quality in my products, crafting each design with love and handle them with care. However, this is a handmade product therefore a slight variation may occur. All mug orders are on a made-to-order basis, and unless damaged or defective we will not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
