Hello and welcome to Bezalee' s Handmade. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
I am a maker and seller in different platforms for several years. I love designing and creating wreaths mostly for our house at first and as a housewarming or christmas gifts to friends and families. Then other people started noticing my work and wanted me to make something for themselves and encouraged me to turn my hobby into a business.
I am passionate in what I do. I love thinking of new ideas and love creating and working with my hands. Everyday as I look around me, I feel so blessed of the things that I see. I feel so inspired that it is all given to us by God to enjoy, to explore, to appreciate, to create and to inspire others.
I would love to make something one of a kind for you and I hope that I can also be a part in making your house a home.

Shop Policies
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 24 hours of delivery
Ship items back within: 2 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders. 30" wreath is considered custom order
- All items on sale.
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can assist you. Before a return request is accepted, we require a photo of the item being returned via Conversations. Once the return is approved, please ship the item(s) or wreath in the original box with original packing materials within 2 days of receiving it. If the item is not shipped within the 2 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us with any questions. When we receive the package in our shop, we will refund your original payment minus shipping charges.
** If an item is returned without contacting us first, there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee.
** If a wreath is not shipped back after the 2 day window, there may be a 20% restocking fee.
** If you received "free shipping" on your order, shipping charges will be deducted from the sale of the item before we issue a refund.
** If you'd like to exchange your wreath, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
** If your item or wreath is damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the damage to the wreath and the box and notify us immediately upon receipt so we can address the situation.
** If we receive a returned wreath altered or damaged by the customer, missing floral, etc, we will assess the damage at our shop and reduce the refund given accordingly.
** Exception: Custom and holiday wreaths (Valentine's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas) are NONrefundable if the request for a return/refund/exchange is within 10 days prior to the specific holiday.

Shipping policies
For all continental US customers, we use USPS Priority and FedEx Home Delivery for residential.
** For shipping OUTSIDE the continental US, please contact us before you purchase so we can determine the correct costs and set up a more accurate listing for you to purchase.
We are not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes levied against the packages that are shipped outside the US. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
**We will do our best to ship within 3-7 Business Days for most wreaths once payment is received. Please understand that during peak times our shipping dates may be extended but we will make sure to give you a notice but we will ALWAYS do our best to create and ship within the timeframe given. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have questions about this.
