Our mini lavender candles are hand poured with 2 ounces of natural soy wax into little candle tins and scented with lavender. Perfect for thank you gifts for the wedding party, shower gifts, or wedding favors for your guests. Candle tins are great for travel and come in a sheer white organza bag tied with a thank you gift tag. Our newest addition to our candle collection.

*Fragrance oils are non-toxic and free of phthalates, carcinogens, and other hazardous chemicals. Our fragrance oils include natural essential oils.
*Wicks are clean burning made from natural cotton with paper threads.

Meet the Maker
Welcome to Linda's Candle & Gift Shop! Candle making has been my relaxation hobby for years and my favorite craft to do with my grandchildren. I always found the different scents help me to de-stress and relax. I love how the aromas can bring back happy memories from bakery scents that remind us of favorite holidays, to earthy and floral scents that bring back memories of special places we've been.
How it all began:
After years of burning paraffin candles that left soot marks on my walls, I wanted to create a candle line made with all natural soy wax, clean burning with a longer burn time, and of course candles that smelled amazing! After months of testing I selected my best burning fragrances in 4 categories I hope you all enjoy: floral scents, bakery scents, fruity scents, and earthy scents.
I began creating other products with natural and organic ingredients to make my home environment and my skin a little healthier too. From room and linen sprays with natural essential oils and floral waters to lip balms infused with organic herbs, the ideas for products are endless!
What am I working on now?
Linda's Candle and Gift Shop opened in January with wooden dough bowls and bubble tin candles. Just finished pouring botanical wax melts made with organic herbs. They are curing now and smell so good! Currently working on lip balms, tea lights, and wedding party thank you gifts.
What coming up next?
Room and linen sprays will be coming next along with more wedding favors for guests. I will be working on natural body butters and lotions down the road.

How it’s Made
The mini candle tins hold 2 ounces of wax. They are made with natural soy wax, organic coconut oil, fragrance oil, and cotton wicks.
The 1st burn should be for 2-3 hours until a full melt pool reaches the edges of the tin. After burning, allow to cool and the wax to harden. Then trim the wick to 1/4 inch before re-lighting.
For repurposing your tin, you can pour the remaining liquid wax into an empty can, then using a spoon lift the wick tabs. Wipe any remaining wax well with a paper towel. Then clean gently with warm water and soap. Now your tin is ready as a candy dish, paperclips, buttons, anything you like.

Shop Policies
Can I return or exchange my candle?
We want you to be happy with your candle purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to let us know. Just click on the "contact maker" button on the home page or on the item listing page.
Please notify us within 7 days and return the item within 14 days from the delivery date. Items are to be returned in their original condition unused and in the original box along with the items packaged with your order. The buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Currently we are shipping all orders in 1-3 business days and we are shipping from New Hampshire. We ship with USPS and offer First Class and Priority options.
USPS First class is currently taking 3-5 business days on average and Priority mail is taking 2-3 days. Unfortunately delivery delays can occur that are outside of our control.
How do I return or exchange my candle?
With all returns please notify us first. You can place the candle in the box it came in, and place the box along with all packaging items back into the cardboard box it came in. We always advise to add tracking to your package that really helps if items get lost.

Safety instructions:
Each candle comes with safe burning instructions. Please read these instructions carefully.
* Never leave a candle unattended and always burn within sight
* Only burn your candle on a level heat-resistant surface
* Keep away from children and pets
* Keep away from drafts, curtains, and any flammable materials
Burning instructions:
* Burn 3-4 hours for the 1st burn until you achieve a full melt pool (this is when the liquid wax reaches to the edges of the container. This helps prevent tunneling).
* Always trim your cotton wick to 1/4 inch before re-lighting. Trim wooden wicks to 1/8 inch.
* Best to burn only 3-4 hours at a time. Burning longer can create a thickened "mushrooming" at the top of the cotton wick which will burn hotter and quicker.
* Sometimes the wax will cool and the surface will look rough. This is perfectly normal with soy wax. We do add organic coconut oil to our wax that helps with this.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please always check the address you entered is correct before completing your purchase. If you entered an incorrect address please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the changes before shipping your item. If the item ships to the wrong address, it can take quite some time to come back to us. We will notify you when the item comes back and send you a link to purchase another shipping label with the correct address. We are not responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address.
