Thank you for stopping by our store. We have been providing personalized party favors since 2006. In the past years we have expanded into scented wax melts and most recently apparel and customized items, and even sharing our graphic designs for other crafters and artisans. When goimagine.com was launched, we LOVED the idea of selling on a site strictly for handmade items. Shop Policies
Shipping Rates & Methods
Standard and express shipping rates are determined using your zip code and the weight of your order.
We strongly recommend shipping all candy orders in an insulated cooler if your region has temperatures above 65 degrees. We will also ship all candy orders in an insulated cooler if our area has temperatures above 65 degrees. A fee of $10.00 will be added to your invoice for an insulated container. We are not responsible for bars that melt due to being shipped in heat. Please make sure that your order is shipped to a location where they will be received by someone and not left outside in the heat. They will melt!!! If you are in a very hot region, FL, AZ, TX, CA etc and it is summer, I strongly suggest express mail service to ensure your candy does not melt.
Please allow plenty of time to receive your order. We cannot guarantee a delivery time for orders sent using standard USPS. If you are short on time, you will need to upgrade your shipping to expressing order to guarantee an on time delivery.
Shipping receipt and tracking will be provided on paper goods, if you specify that you need it.
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail - The average shipping time is 3 - 5 days (Excluding Sundays) However, I ship all orders 1 week in advance since priority mail is not guaranteed and an occasional order will take 1 week or longer to reach it's destination. Please plan ahead.
USPS Express Mail shipping time is 1-2 days. (including Sundays and Holidays)
Processing Times and Policies
For personalized favors: Please note that current processing time is 7-10 days plus 1 week shipping time. (Processing times may vary depending on time of year.) Processing time frame can be longer, if you do not approve your proof via email in a timely manner.
If you approve your proof via email quickly, we may be able to process your order sooner. Please also note, that orders are processed in need by date order.
For apparel, jewelry: Items listed are those that are completed and in stock. Shipping will occur within 48 hours/2 business days, and a tracking number provided. Most items will be shipped USPS.
For digital graphics: Once you provide your email address, the files will be sent to you immediately.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your order, contact us here or email - favorettethings@gmail.com. We will replace or refund any orders with misprints which were not included in the final approved proof at no charge. Orders with errors which were part of the final approved proof will be replaced at a discount plus shipping. Please check your proof carefully to avoid errors.
Returns & Cancellations
There is no charge for orders cancelled prior to payment being received. After payment has been received there is a 25% percent processing fee charged for cancelled orders that have not shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Pre-wrapped chocolate is non-returnable and non-refundable (This is a federal law)
