IMPORTANT: If you purchase the casserole dish with the warmer the lid will always be teal and the cover will always be teal, and the dish will not have the easy grip handles.
ALL 5qt dishes with a teal lid do NOT have the easy grip handles as shown in the listing photo, they have a standard round handle.

2. If ordering AS SHOWN there is nothing more we will need from you, please put NONE in the personalization box, unless the as shown design requires a change in name , date or other personalized info. Please put that info in the box provided. NO PROOF will be provided to you with this option. TIA
2a. If you order ARTIST CHOICE please provide as much information as you can in the personalization box, or via Goimagine messages so that we can use your info to create a design for you. Feel free to send us pictures, fonts or ideas via Goimagine messages if you feel that will help us with your vision. NO PROOF will be provided with tis option. TIA
2b. If you order CUSTOM DESIGN, it is so important that you keep in touch with us to prevent delay of your order. We communicate via Goiamagine messages so PLEASE check them often
We will not issue refunds for failure to communicate. If it comes time to ship your order and we can not connect with you we will have to choose your artwork for you. We do EVERYTHING we possibly can to connect with you before we take this action. We want this to be a fun experience for you and will do everything we can to make that happen.

FREE SHIPPING

ALL Orders over 1LB will ship UPS GROUND and may take a few extra days to arrive. (1-7 Business Days) Please provide us with a physical address and not a PO Box. TIA
Your tracking number will be provided to the email you used when placing your order once your order has shipped (Approx 5-7 business days is our standard processing time)
If you require faster SHIPPING you can choose the EXPRESS at checkout, however the higher shipping rates will be your responsibility and will not be covered by Rustic Route Designs.
We will use the most affordable shipping method for all free shipping options through Rustic Route Designs unless you opt pay your own EXPRESS shipping.
If your order requires INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and your tracking will be provided in an email from Goimagine when you order ships. We do not offer free International Shipping.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRIER DELAYS AS WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO PREDICT OR PREVENT THESE DELAYS, Therefore please do not review our Company negatively when the Carrier experiences a delay, as that is just not fair! We do everything we can to help and should not be help responsible for a delay we can not control.
PROCESSING TIME
At Rustic Route Designs we make processing and shipping speed our top priority. We know that when you fall in love with a personalized product, you would like to receive it as soon as possible.
Orders will be produced and shipped within 3-7 business days; however, we usually produce and ship within 48 to 72 hours when it is not a busy time of year. It is important to remember that all time frames are ESTIMATES not a guarantee, however we do our very best to meet these time frames and will communicate with you if we are experiencing a delay.
Please watch for a welcome message within 24 hours of purchase for more exact estimates for your specific order.

We gladly accept returns for non-custom engraved and printed products. Item/s must be shipped back to Rustic Route Designs within 3 days of delivery and all returns must have tracking. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

We do offer wholesale rates in some cases. This is based on the product and quantity of the order. When we can buy in large quantity, we forward that savings on to you in most cases. However, the engraving costs are still the same as our work load will not change with a larger orders. Please reach out to us via Goimagine Messages with wholesale questions. Thank you!

Shop Policies
If you received a damaged or defective product you have 3 days to report it to us at sales@rusticroutedesigns.com with a high resolution picture of the damaged item and the box it arrived in. Rustic Route Designs will gladly replace your damaged product at no charge.
Mistakes happen! If you accidentally approved a proof which was incorrect, we will replace that order for you at half the cost.
If we make the mistake, we will undoubtedly ship your replacement ASAP.
CANCELLATION POLICY::
We will happily cancel your order as long as the cancellation request is issued to Rustic Route Designs within 24 hours of order being placed & if the artwork has not been assigned to our Graphic Design Department at the time of request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN:: If you have chosen one of our house designs without any customization, we will happily accept a return as long as we receive the item back with in 7 business days of delivery. EXCHANGE:: If you have chosen one of our house designs without any customization, we will happily accept an exchange as long as we receive the item back with in 7 business days of delivery. A full refund will be issued at that time and you will need to place a new order for the exchange request. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE TRACKING
