Turkey Shelf Sitter for you Thanksgiving decorating. The tail measures around 9 inches high and about 8 inches wide. . The body of turkey is approx 5- 6 inches high.They do vary each time I make one. The body is made from osnaburg or muslin fabric. The tail is made from scrap quilts, the design may be different than one shown. I can send a picture of a couple quilts I use if you like. The wings are either made from burlap or cheesecloth. They are then made to look very prim. Each turkey turns out slightly different. Depending on the staining, some will come out darker than others. The Osnaburg stains darker than the muslin. If you like yours on the darker side just let me know so that it can be stained darker.
I hang a tag on the side that says "Gobble, Gobble" and have been giving him a homespun tie around his neck. (Assorted Colors)
THE FIRST PICTURE WITH THE DARK BLUEISH TAIL IS READY TO SHIP. Any other color would be made to order. This one measures approx 7 x7 inches. It has a dark blue and cream bow around it.
Most of the time these are made to order due to storage space available, and yours may look different from ones pictured. Those are pictures from past sales. You can see how they all turn out different.
