Isis Jade is known to her friends and clients as The Alchemyst. By placing an order at Alchemyst Co, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Alchemyst Co for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Force Majeure

Events outside Alchemyst Co’ control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Alchemyst Co is released from Alchemyst Co’ obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain Alchemyst Co’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date upon which you place your order. Shipping costs, taxes, and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Alchemyst Co.

All transfers conducted through Alchemyst Co are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made, not this website.

LOCAL TAXES

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty, import fees, vat charges) may occur, depending on your region and local tax laws. These charges are fully incurred at the customer’s own expense. Sales tax will be applied to all orders in California state. Customs and other tariffs may be applied to international orders depending on your country’s regulations.

Additional Information

Alchemyst Co reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Alchemyst Co has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Alchemyst Co shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds, returns and exchanges are not available due to issues of hygiene with personal care products such as perfume, roll-ons, skin care or balms. It is always recommended that you buy a sample before investing in a larger product size. In cases of damage or if a package gets lost in the mail, we are happy to replace your item. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and kindly supply your proof of product damage. If you are a US customer and have not received your order within 3 weeks of the date it was marked shipped, please let us know. For international customers, the wait is 8 weeks before it counts as missing.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

None of our perfumes, roll-ons or balms should be ingested. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Additionally, essential oils are very potent and may at times cause allergies or rashes. Always test the product on a small patch of skin to make sure that it won’t bother you. Ingredients are listed in each product listing, so if you have a known allergy to one of the ingredients do not buy. You are acknowledging you are purchasing this product for personal use, understand that the use of this product is strictly at your own risk and you are assuming all possible risks related to the use of mis-use of the product. You agree to hold Alchemyst Co harmless as a result of your use or mis-use of any products you have purchased on this website.

If your shipment was damaged or missing, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support @ alchemystco dot com.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package and kindly supply photo proof of your damage. 

Please be sure to inspect the item immediately upon delivery, and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.

  • If you are asked to sign for the delivery, inspect the item first. In all cases, note any issues you find within the shipping provider’s official paperwork. Keep all packaging and shipping documents.
  • Contact us no later than 48 hours after delivery and provide photos of any discrepancies, condition issues, or damages. We recommend taking both close-ups of the areas of concern, and photos of the item as a whole. We can then understand the full context of the issue and better evaluate if the item was properly packed.
  • If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, make sure to note the specific areas of damage, and keep our take photos of the original packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. Let us know there’s an issue as soon as you receive the item so we can assist you in resolving it and ship out a replacement or issue a refund.

Missing or Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong item, contact us immediately with photo proof. We’ll work to arrange for the correct item to be shipped as soon as possible. We may require you to send back the incorrect item and we will provide you with a shipping label to do so. 

If you are missing an item in your shipment and it was not marked as backordered, let us know and we’ll arrange to send it to you immediately. 

SHIPPING POLICY

With very few exceptions (i.e. promotions, weekends, holidays) all our products are made to order. This means your order is blended, charged, bioenergized, labeled, packed and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date they are ordered. We strongly urge you to order with enough lead time so your products can be prepared carefully.

Occasionally, we do have stock ready to bioenergize and ship for our customers, in which case our order processing and shipping turn around will be 1-3 days.  We will keep you updated with information via email. You can also track your order through “My Account” and your shipment through “Track My Order“.

During the checkout process, we list your shipping options and costs, which is dependent on your location and the weight.  Once your order leaves our headquarters, USPS is responsible for ensuring timely delivery to you, and unfortunately the package is no longer in our realm of control. We strongly advise to purchase priority shipping for tracking.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders if insurance & tracking was not purchased.  USPS is responsible for any delivery issues, delays or lost items, however, we will do our best to assist you with tracking the package with USPS when necessary.  

*Claims for packages marked “delivered” yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 24 hours after “delivery date” but no longer than 3 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is available, and rates are calculated based on weight. Most International packages will arrive 1-3 weeks from the shipping date depending on location.  Alchemyst Co is not responsible for lost packages once they have left the USA. Nor is Alchemyst Co responsible for any customs fees, VAT or other taxes for international shipments nor will pay any additional duties charged by the destination country.

RETURNS

We believe in the mission and integrity of Alchemyst CO and strive to exemplify that through our products and customer satisfaction.  Due to the nature of our products, hygiene and product safety reasons, Alchemyst Co does not accept returns.  We will only replace items that have been damaged during shipping.  Should a mistake be made with your order, such as shipping an incorrect product, we will remedy the situation immediately. We require photo proof of the damaged or wrong goods.  We offer 2 ml samples of all of our perfumes for $6-9 that you’re wanting to try out before purchasing a full size.  Shipping charges will apply.  

Due to the nature of botanical ingredients used in our blends and natural perfumes, occasionally a blend will not align with someone’s natural biochemistry. Because we work in small batches using 100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oils, attars, resins, natural fragrance ingredients and absolutes, the aromatic profile will vary slightly between batches due to the nature of plants (harvesting, weather, distillation, etc.). Quality control is stringently overseen by Isis Jade for every product before it is bottled & bioenergized for you. If you are unsatisfied or unhappy with a product, we will do our best to support you.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us and ask for recommendations! 

No credits or refunds will be made for shipping.

Please read our ingredients carefully.  The featured notes are listed, however, our complete essential oil ingredients are proprietary information and will not be included. We only use jojoba oil and meadowfoam seed oil or sunflower seed oil for our infusions and as our carrier oils. You will not find any fractionated coconut oil in our ingredients due to possible allergens.
