Meet the Maker
My name is Liliana Guerra. I am a Christian, small boutique business owner that makes and sells handmade crafts such as dolls, accessories, plushies and more! My inspiration for my business flourished upon making my very first doll back in 2010 while being a stay-at-home mom and taking care of my two girls. From then on, I aspired to grow CuddlyCute into a business that would share the love of creativity to all and to bring a smile to the hearts and faces of others.
Shop Policies
1. As a Christian business, there are some themes/concepts/designs that we do not agree with or feel comfortable with making. With that in mind, please understand that there will be things that we will politely decline in making.
2. All custom orders must be paid upfront before any work begins; an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal to make your payments
3. In the case that you choose to cancel an order once it has already been started on, a 30% cancelation fee will be imposed on your order.
4. If you unsatisfied with your product, you have 30 days to contact us and request a refund for the price of the product and send it back to us. Shipping and handling costs, however, are non-refundable. If you miss the 30-day mark to request a refund and send us back the product, then there are no refunds available at all.
5. We are not liable for any damages that may occur in transit to its destination or for any lost packages.
6. For authors who advertise our custom-made dolls for them on their page, credit must be given to our company on all platforms.
