About this Product
Here is hand hooked shoulder bag, of a primitive flower basket. It was hooked using my hand dyed wool fabric, cut into strips. I made this several years ago, and had it professionally sewn and lined with matching floral fabric.
Although it was briefly displayed at a few fairs . . . it was never used and was kept neatly put away. I love the bag's fabric. . . sort of a dusty mauve.
A great gift for a gardening friend.
It measures 13 across by 15 down. The handle is a sturdy strap type.

Meet the Maker
I have always been attracted by colour and artistry, and enjoy working with fiber, paints, dyes and wool. I became a rug hooker in 1971, and for over 30 years it has been my occupation. As a certified instructor, I travel several times a year to teach this art. . and for it I dye wools, design and print patterns and hook as often as I can! Here will be finished items for sale, and eventually some dyed wools as well that are currently on Etsy. And perhaps a few other items as well!
