All items are made to order. I don't keep inventory of any items. This means I have a 1-2 week turn around time on most items.
I do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will try to find a resolution that works for both of us.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please send pictures of the item and/or box showing damages and I will work with you to replace or refund item.

I'm Lisa and I own The Branded Board. I've been crafting most of my life, basically for myself and friends. This year I decided I would take it up a notch and start this little business. I focus mainly on home decor and signs made from wood, but I'm always trying new things, so who knows what might show up in my shop!
