Scarf Description: This is a hand crocheted neck cuff or cowl that is made with a turquoise colored yarn. To accent this neck piece, every so often crocheted into the scarf are rows of eyelash yard in yellow, purple, and blue. Eyelash yarn is so named because of longer strings hanging from the yarn. The ends of the scarf are rounded to give the scarf as soft look. This neck warmer closes in the front with a brown coconut button. The scarf is about 31 inches long and about 5 1/2 inches wide. From the coconut button to the buttonhole the measurement is 19 inches long. With the nature of a hand crocheted scarf or cowl like this, it would fit most necks due to the stretch that comes with a crocheted stitch. Yarn: The yarns are acrylic, and an acrylic and polyester blend.
Measurements: The scarf is about 31 inches long and about 5 1/2 inches wide. From the coconut button to the buttonhole the measurement is 19 inches long.
Processing: This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days based on USPS holidays and Sundays.
Washing instructions: Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.
Environment: This item was crafted in a smoke free and pet free home.
Packaging: My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.
Color: Colors may very just a bit based on the difference in electronic devices.

And...yes, in the pic my readers do have the sticker showing the strength. I have them in different strengths throughout the house. I leave them on the readers so that if I pic up an older pair with a lower strength, I can look at the sticker and not think I am going blind!
In this picture I am making dainty little necklaces and hair bows for my granddaughter. I make my jewelry in the formal dining room. My husband said we should not have bought a house with a formal living and dining room, because we do not use them. Well, I am using them now!!! I have foil down on my table to protect it...and it forms to the table so it worked well, and rubber gloves on so I do not burn my fingers while making the bows! Just in case you were wondering...and, my mouth is open cuz I am talking.
And...When I mention in my listings that colors can vary by monitors...I spelled it very! Too many to change!
