About this Product
AGATHA ALL ALONG - This Wandavision-inspired colorway is a fabulous witchy purple, blended with gray.
Yarn Base: Crooner - A squishy 2-ply 80% superwash merino wool/20% nylon fingering weight yarn with a high twist for some truly magnificent stitch definition. At 400 yards per 3.5oz skein, or 366 meters per 100g skein, one skein should be enough to make a decent-sized scarf or cowl, many different types or patterns of shawls, or a pair of adult medium socks (your mileage may vary).
Care: Machine-wash cold or cool, or hand-wash in lukewarm soapy water. Lay flat to dry. Superwash wool yarn is designed to go through the washer and dryer without felting, but like any hand-knit or hand-crocheted item it will last longer if you hand-wash and hand-dry. Water above 104 degrees Fahrenheit or 40 degrees Celsius can degrade the bond between the yarn and the dye and can cause bleeding.
Dyeing Process: All my yarns are commercially-milled and hand-dyed by me in my tiny kitchen using acid dyes. The merino wool is sourced from South America and is mulesing-free.
Bleeding: I take great care in ensuring that my yarns are colorfast and that they are well-rinsed before shipping out, but it's possible to experience a little bit of bleeding during the first few washings as excess dye is rinsed out of the yarn. This can be influenced by the colors used (red and blue are common culprits) and by the hardness and temperature of your washing water. If the bleeding is excessive or persists after more than a few washings, let me know.
Color correction: I do my best to photograph my yarn accurately. However, differences between monitors and screens may cause differences in how the colors of my yarn is displayed for you. Hopefully these differences are minor. If you have any questions about the color of a yarn, please convo me.
