Welcome to my online shop for Joyful Journey Handmade. I make wine glass charms and jewelry as a hobby. My aesthetic is clean and simple, inspired by colors, nature, and whimsy. I enjoy the journey of finding components that spark my imagination, and the process of creating the accessories. Although I consider this a hobby, I make everything to high standards and quality. It’s something I enjoy doing well and sharing with the world, and I hope you enjoy looking through my offerings and consider purchasing for yourself or as a gift.
Most items are one-off or limited availability; however, if you see an item you fancy and it is sold out, please message me and I’ll see if I can make that item again. Also, if there is a particular color scheme or theme you are looking for, I’m happy to work with you to create something that you’ll love.
All handmade items are made in and shipped from Clearwater, Florida, United States. Recycling and environmental impact are important to me, so I do my best to use recycled materials when possible and limit use of plastics. All shipping materials (except tape) are recycled or made of recycled material, so don't be surprised to find recycled wrapping paper or shredded paper as padding inside your box!

Processing Time
I generally ship within 1-2 business days of receiving an order for ready-to-ship items. Custom or made to order items will generally ship within 3-5 business days.
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
I don't accept exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
